Cristina Guardado De Ramos, 74, Jasper

Cristina Guardado De Ramos, 74, of Jasper, passed away at 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at home.

Cristina was born in Arcatao Chalatenango, El Salvador, on March 20, 1943, to Estanilao Guardado and Juana Echeverria Guardado. She married Juan Ramos Navarro in 1962.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Iglesia Nueva Vida Church. Cristina enjoyed cooking, baking, singing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Juan Ramos Navarro of Jasper; five daughters; four sons; 24 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters.

Preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers.

Funeral services for Cristina Guardado De Ramos will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at the Iglesia Nueva Vida Church in Jasper with burial to follow in the Jasper Enlow City Cemetery.  Pastor Francisco Mata will officiate.

A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018, t the Iglesia Nueva Vida Church in Jasper, and again from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service time on Saturday at the church.
