COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Friday evening

The Dubois County Health Department will be holding another special after-hours drive-thru clinic to help accommodate anyone wanting a Covid-19 vaccine after our normal business hours.

No vaccines other than Covid-19 will be available. 

The clinic will be held at the Dubois County Health Department from 1:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, February 25, 2022. 

DATE: Friday, February 25, 2022

TIME: 1:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. (NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED)

LOCATION: 1187 South Saint Charles Street, Jasper IN 47546. Follow the signs to the Northside parking lot.  Please have ID, Insurance cards, and Covid-19 vaccination card available. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This will be a DRIVE-THRU ONLY Covid-19 Clinic.
