It’s hard to tell who has more fun, the cops or kids at the annual Cops and Kids shopping spree hosted by Fraternal Order of Police #138 Wood Capital Lodge for the children in the Tri-Cap Headstart program.
But there were plenty of smiles as local law enforcement officers and agency partners took their shoppers for a spin through some needed items, like clothing, jackets, and shoes, before heading over to the toy aisle.
