Constance “Connie” Beckman, 71

, of Jasper, Indiana passed away at 9:21 p.m. Sunday, August 31, 2014, in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born at Huntingburg, Indiana on March 22, 1943 to Marcus and Jeanette (Freson) Kluesner. she married Henry L. Beckman on July 1, 1973 in Holy Family Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on April 5, 2012.

Connie retired from Hoosier Desk Company in Jasper.

Connie enjoyed her poodle dogs, bowling, adventuring to yard sales, photography, BINGO, and spending time with her family; especially her nieces and nephews.

She is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Blessed Virgin Sodality and the Jasper Moose Lodge #1175.

She is survived by her sisters, Betty Schaefer and her husband Raphael, of Ferdinand, Martha Brown and her husband Rodney, of Evansville, and Karen Lopez and her husband Leonard, of Evansville; brothers, Richard Kluesner of Jasper, Michael Kluesner and wife Nancy, of Huntingburg, Thomas Kluesner and wife Elaine, of Jasper, and Patrick Kluesner and wife JoAnn, of Jasper; her caregiver, Tina Servis of Jasper; also many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Constance Beckman will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 4, 2014, in Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at church.

Rosary will be held at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday by the Blessed Virgin Sodality of Holy Family Parish.
