The Vine Street Lofts housing project is an estimated $12 million project that would create 62 apartments for seniors age 55 and older in the former Jasper Wood Products building, 1316 Vine St. The project is expected to start this fall or early winter. The city has committed to contributing $410,000 in development incentives and $50,000 in off-site incentives, such as infrastructure work, like street and utility improvements.
