Comedian Pat Godwin set to perform at Astra Theatre, Saturday, Aug. 22

Comedian and singer/songwriter Pat Godwin is set to bring his high-speed, low-drag act, which is constantly changing and evolving, to the Astra Theatre on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Pat Godwin is known for his engaging live performances and witty musical comedy. He has had the unique honor of being a part of three of the most popular morning radio shows in the country. Currently, he is a cast member on the award-winning, syndicated Bob & Tom Show and previously spent six years as a member of WMMR’s Morning Zoo in Philadelphia, PA. In the mid-1990s, he gained recognition as a frequent guest and musical contributor to Howard Stern’s radio and television programs.

Godwin has released six albums, including the classics “Way Back When” and “Hotel Pool,” both of which were number one on the comedy charts. He is also a three-time winner of the International Songwriting Competition in the Comedy/Novelty category. Godwin’s stand-up comedy special “Repeat After Me” is available on Open Bar, and his DryBar special titled “Stolen Identity“ was just released. 

Appearances on notable shows such as The Tonight Show and Last Comic Standing display just how widely recognized Pat’s comedic talent is. He has been featured on SiriusXM’s comedy channels with catchy, clever tracks like “Fat Elvis,” “Smells Like Weed,” and “Stuck In A Car.” With the album “Act Your Age” and Paddy G’s Podcast coming this summer, Pat Godwin continues to entertain and bring laughter to fans everywhere.
