Clifford E. Andry, 84

Clifford E. Andry, age 84, of Birdseye, Indiana, passed away at 1:30 a.m., (CDT) Thursday, May 23, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

He was born May 17, 1929 in Birdseye, Indiana to Everett and Alice (Eckert) Andry.

He married Mary L. Main on October 28, 1950 in Huntingburg.

Clifford was a retired production supervisor for General Motors Corporation. He served in the United States Air Force from 1954-1958; was the current cemetery sexton and a board member of the Birdseye Cemetery Association; and was an avid Forest Park Rangers sports fan.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Mary L. Andry, who died January 27, 2000; and one brother, Nova Lee Andry.

Funeral services for Clifford E. Andry will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Birdseye Cemetery in Birdseye. The Rev. Albert Madden will officiate the services.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Birdseye Cemetery Association or The Birdseye Volunteer Fire Department.
