Clarence Gehlhausen, 87

Clarence Gehlhausen, age 87, of Jasper, passed away at 8:13 a.m. on Friday (July 12, 2013) at the Providence Home in Jasper, Indiana.

Clarence was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on March 16, 1926 to Lewis and Rose (Stetter) Gehlhausen.

He worked as truck driver for Petrolane Gas Service for many years, and later as a night watchman for Kimball.

He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

He enjoyed spending time at Dubois County Tire.

One brother,

Victor Gehlhausen, Stanford, KY

Nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death is one brother, Walter Gehlhausen.

Funeral services for Clarence Gehlhausen will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday (July 19, 2013) at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Friday (July 19, 2013) at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper.
