City of Jasper Common Council public hearing

The Common Council of the City of Jasper, Indiana will hold three public hearings on July 18, 2012 in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 610 Main Street, Jasper.

The time and purpose of the hearings are as follows:

6:30 pm public hearing is to receive public input concerning the petition of Meyer Distributing Inc. for vacation of a 10’ Public Utility & Drainage Easement along the entire south line of Lot No. 10 and along the entire north line of Lot No. 11 of Fairway Park, Fourth Addition, Jasper Indiana (near 25th Street and Cathy Lane)

6:40 pm public hearing is to receive public input concerning the petition of The Bernard V. & Theresa A. Vonderschmitt Joint Declaration of Trust and B&T Vonderschmitt, LLC for vacation of a 20’ Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the entire west and south lines of Lot NO. 1 of Vonderschmitt’s Frist Addition, Jasper, Indiana (near 510 Mendel Lane)

6:50 pm public hearing is continued from June 20, 2012 concerning the petition of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society for vacation of a public right-of-way and 10’ alley in Summit Heights Addition, Jasper, Indiana
