Christopher Adam Evans, 34, Winslow

Christopher Adam Evans, 34, of Winslow, had his final ride on September 30, 2023, in Pike County.

Adam was born on March 16, 1989, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Christopher Evans and Kristin Evans Guerra.

Adam and his wife moved to Winslow in the summer of 2022. Adam loved motorcycles, shooting guns, hunting, camping, and hiking.

Adam was an amazing cook and loved making holiday dinners. He worked at Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grill in St. Augustine, Florida, for several years.

Adam was currently employed at Jasper Engines and Transmissions, where he was surrounded by friends. He loved playing music and was a natural artist with the saxophone. He will be greatly missed.

Adam is survived by his wife, Vera Greven; parents, Kristin Evans Guerra (Arthur) and Christopher Evans (Shari); twin siblings, Justin and Julianna Guerra; two loving dogs, May and Peanut; and several family members and friends.

Adam is preceded in death by his brother, Andy Evans; uncles, Rick, Scott, and Bobby; and his Grammy.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Lamb Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, Ind., at 226 E Washington St. Oakland City, Indiana 47660, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Central Time Zone. The service will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Joseph Collins officiating.
