Christina Marie Hess, 49, Huntingburg

Christina Marie Hess, 49, of Huntingburg, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Louisville Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Christina was born on February 21, 1975, in Oakland City, to Richard and Connie (Culbertson) Loveless.

Christina was a fighter at heart and battled with her sickness until the end. Christina was an outgoing, caring and loving person with a big heart. She lived life to its fullest. Christina loved to listen to music, cook, and sunflowers. Christina loved to spend time with the ones she loved.

Christina is survived by her spouse, Matthew Runion; her son, Matthew Hess (PJ Heowener); her father, Richard Loveless; her sister, Abby Hyneman; her many grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Christina is preceded in death by her mother, Connie Loveless.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST, with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Lamb Basham Memorial Chapel with Pastor Joseph Collins officiating. Burial will follow the service at Somerville Cemetery in Somerville, Ind.
