Chris A. Blessinger, 57, Jasper

Chris A. Blessinger, 57, of Jasper, passed away at 5:18 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023, at home. 

Chris was born in Jasper on June 12, 1966, to Hilary and Betty (Crow) Blessinger.  

He was a graduate of Jasper High School. 

He was a member of the Jasper K of C. 

Chris enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo, reading, and listening to music. 

He is survived by one son, Lucas (Mallory) Blessinger of Newburgh; one granddaughter, Olivia Crays; his mother, Betty Leinenbach of Jasper; two sisters, Laura Blessinger and Anita Lemond, both of Jasper; two brothers, Frank Blessinger of Jasper and Mark (Joyce) Blessinger of Newburgh; one niece, Erica (Matt) Fleck; and two nephews, Tyler (Celeste) Schmitt and Evan Lemond.  

Preceding him in death are his father, Hilary Blessinger and one sister, Norma Blessinger. 

Private family services will be held.
