Cherie Renee’ Boehman, 43

Cherie Renee’ Boehman, 43 of St. Meinrad, died Friday November 16, 2012 at her home in St. Meinrad. She was born August 17, 1969 in Tell City, In. to Delbert Raymond & Elizabeth Ellen (Whalen) Nix. She married Jeff Boehman Sr. on March 9, 2002 in St. Meinrad Catholic Church.

Cherie was a homemaker, a religion teacher at St. Meinrad Parish & a member of the parish. She was a caregiver for her nieces & nephew. She also enjoyed dog grooming. Surviving are her husband, Jeff Boehman Sr., sons, Jeffrey Jr. & Jordan Boehman at home, Andrew Joines of Evansville. Step-daughters, Shelbi and Ashton Boehman of Fulda. Her mother, Elizabeth Ellen Nix of Tell City. One sister, Mrs. Chris (Shauna) Dilger of Ferdinand. She was preceded in death by her father, Delbert Raymond Nix.

Funeral services 3:00 p.m. CST Wednesday at St. Meinrad Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 CST Tuesday at Becher Funeral Home, Ferdinand, and from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
