Charles Ronald Donaldson, 71, Huntingburg

Charles Ronald Donaldson, 71, of Huntingburg, passed away at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper.

He was born April 18, 1948 in Chicago to Charles Henry and Elizabeth Cecelia (Hackett) Donaldson.,He married Donlita Ralston on February 6, 1970, in Oaklawn, Illinois. 

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served in Thailand. He was a truck driver for Silver Line Trucking. 

Charles is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, John Donaldson; and a sister, Marian Donaldson.

He is survived by his wife, Donlita Donaldson of Huntingburg; and two sons and daughter-in-law, Shawn (Brandy) Donaldson of Griffith, Ind., and Charles Ronald Donaldson, Jr. of New York; a sister, Charlene Donaldson; a brother, James Donaldson; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

No public visitation or services will be held.
