Channing G. Hall, age 80 of Dubois, passed away at 3:40 a.m., Monday (July 8, 2013) at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
Channing was born in Cuzco, Indiana on March 31, 1933 to Robert and Grace (Conrad) Hall. He married Wilma Voelkel on October 26, 1957 in St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Dubois, Indiana.
Channing was an Army veteran and worked for the Jasper Corporation for over 43 years.
He was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Dubois, IN.
He enjoyed gardening, fixing lawnmowers, and auctions.

Preceding Channing in death was one brother, Bobbie Gene Hall of Huntingburg.
Funeral services for Channing Hall will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday (July 11, 2013) at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Dubois IN, with burial to follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Dubois . Pastor Vennard Walter will officiate.
Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, (July 10, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, and one hour before the service time at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ.
