Celestine Streetfest this Saturday - Dubois County Free Press, Inc.

The annual Celestine Streetfest is this Saturday, June 28th, 2025, on the grounds of St. Celestine Catholic Church in downtown Celestine.

Everyone is welcome to attend the festival for a day full of fun events, great food, enjoyable music, and most of all, lots (and lots) of friends and fellowship.

Most events, food, and drink will be located in the flat east parking lot between the church and the fire station. Parking will be all around the community and hillsides – watch for signs. The west side of the church is available for parking with a focus on the handicapped and elderly.

Haystacks and turkey tenders were a hit during the Celestine Streetfest. The haystacks were served up by a band of volunteers who kept the haystacks coming, with one group managing the spiral potato cutter, another frying and salting them, and yet another serving them.
