Cecil W. Welborn, 83, of Washington, Ind., passed away at 8:58 a.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Daviess County Hospital in Washington, Ind.

The American Legion Post #147 will conduct military rites at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow at a later date.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until the 2:00 p.m. military rites at the funeral home on Thursday.
