Carolyn M. Jenkins, 72

Carolyn M. Jenkins, age 72, of Birdseye, Indiana, died at 10:15 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2013, at her home, Birdseye, Indiana.

She was born on December 17, 1940, at Birdseye, Indiana, to Clyde and Virginia D. (Ingle) Andry.

She was a housewife. She was a member of the Birdseye Christian Church and a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star #590. She married Robert “Bob” Jenkins on November 17, 1962 at Anderson Valley Christian Church in Birdseye, Indiana. She was preceded in death by: a daughter, Terri R. Jenkins, who passed away on March 31, 2012.

She is survived by:

One son – Lanny Lee Jenkins – Birdseye, IN,

Funeral services for Carolyn M. Jenkins will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Nass and Son Funeral Home, Huntingburg, Indiana, with burial to follow in the Andry Cemetery, Birdseye, Indiana. The Rev. Al Madden will conduct the funeral ceremonies.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from noon until the time of the service on Tuesday.
