Bryan B. Gregory, 65

Bryan B. Gregory, 65, of Santa Claus, Ind., lost his life in a house fire in Santa Claus, Indiana on April 18, 2014.

Bryan was born on April 23, 1948, along with his twin brother Bradley, to Joe and Hazel Gregory in East Chicago, Indiana.

He is survived by his loving wife Maureen whom he married on June 20, 1976.

Bryan is also survived by two sons, Jason Gregory and wife Heidi of Romney, Ind., and Scott Gregory of Marin County, California; daughter, Kelly and husband Ben Jones of Chalmers, Ind.; granddaughter, Quinn Jones; Grandsons, Jack Jones and Seth Gregory; two brothers, Bradley Gregory of Boston, Mass., and Dan and wife Barbara Gregory of Loogootee, Ind.; and good friends, Mike and Judy Hubbers of Santa Claus, Ind.

Bryan was a 1966 graduate of Loogootee High School and 1970 graduate of Indiana State University.

He was the director of Adult Basic Education for Vincennes University.

After retirement he became a certified Master Gardener and Woodworker.

He also was the Adjutant, and assistant Treasurer of the Sons of the American Legion Post 242 in Santa Claus, Indiana, in addition to working on all fund raising activities.

Memorial services are planned for Saturday, May 3 at 10 a.m. CDT at the American Legion in Santa Claus.
