Bombers host Graduates’ Night Friday June 10th

Show us your tassels, show us your graduation announcement, show us your diploma, or just impress us with the knowledge you have as a recent graduate, and we’ll give you free admission to Friday night’s game. Vincennes University Jasper Campus and the Dubois County Bombers would like to honor our 2011 high school and college graduates with free admission and some great prizes.

Vincennes University is providing a Pandigital Multimedia Novel 7” Android Tablet & Color eReader, and a Sony E Series 8GB Walkman Video MP3 Player. These prizes will be given away to 2011 high school or college graduates.  Every 2011 graduate will also receive a drawstring backpack when they come through the gate, courtesy of VUJC.

On Friday night’s game at League Stadium, A Kid’s Place daycare in Huntingburg will be selling raffle tickets for a wooden playhouse.  The tickets are $5 a piece or 5 for $20 and the drawing will be held during the Herbstfest in September.  They will deliver the house to the winner anywhere up to 50 miles away.

The first place Bombers will be playing the Chillicothe Paints, the defending Prospect League champions. Even if you didn’t graduate this year, come on out to League Stadium for the fun and festivities. First pitch will be at 7:15 EDT.
