Boil Water Advisory issued in Jasper (updated)

The Jasper Municipal Water Department has lifted the “Boil Water Advisory” effective immediately. 

Due to water line maintenance, the Jasper Municipal Water Department is issuing a Boil Water Advisory, effective immediately, for a small portion of the City.  

The area affected is Crestwood Drive and University Drive, from Gun Club Road up to and including Hillbrook  Drive.

A boil water advisory implies precaution. The Jasper Municipal Water Department advises you to boil water for five minutes for human and pet consumption as a precaution.
