Boards consider Library Square project variances

The Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission are set to meet Wednesday, February 2, 2022, the Jasper Common Council chambers at City Hall.

Both groups have the Library Square project on the agenda for discussion.

The board of zoning appeals will consider a use variance for the development planned by Premier Property Management Kerstiens Realty and the Jasper Redevelopment Commission (Owners) as well as a variance for the minimum front setback for the development.

The Planning Commission will consider the plat updates for approval.

The board of zoning appeals meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with the planning commission meeting set to begin afterward.
