Bill J Armstrong age 58 passed away at 4:00 A.M. Sunday June 12, 2011 at his home after a long illness. He was born August 28, 1952 in Washington IN. to: Howard and Mary (Ross) Armstrong. He married Naydine Fuhrman October 23, 1976.

He worked at Jasper Wood Products from 1972-2002, He then worked at Jasper Desk.

He was a Marine veteran.

  • 1 daughter-Laura Spears of Loogootee
  • 1 son-Brett Armstrong of Loogootee
  • Mother -Mary Armstrong of Ireland
  • 3 Grandchildren
  • 1 Sister-Ann Armstrong of Winslow IN

Preceded in death by his father Howard Armstrong, and 1 sister-Wanda Armstrong who died in infancy.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Becher & Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday June 15, 2011 at the Becher & Kluesner North Chapel with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Ireland.

Rev. Doug Sanders will officiate the service.
