Beverly Craig, 80, Holland

Beverly Craig, born December 24, 1943, in Jasper to Robert Matheis and Luella (Singer) Matheis, passed away peacefully at home on July 19, 2024, at the age of 80.

Beverly married Mark Craig on August 16, 1985.

Beverly enjoyed rescuing and caring for animals, spending time with family, reading, and watching westerns. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Beverly was the owner/operator of the Hairport pet grooming, and later in life, she worked as a caregiver. 

All who know her will miss Beverly’s warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit. 

She is survived by her husband, Mark Craig; her son, Greg Stilwell; daughter-in-law, Juanita Stilwell; grandson, Brett Stilwell; brother, Gary Matheis; sister, Linda Boehm; and several nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charlie Matheis; and a sister, Shirley Kuper.

A memorial celebrating the Life of Beverly will be held at a later date.
