Beulah Koslo

Beulah Mae Koslo, age 85, of Huntingburg, formerly of Evansville, passed away at 11:52 p.m., Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born November 25, 1926 in Rockport, Indiana to George and Evalena (Ruark) Martin. Beulah was a homemaker and resided most of her life in Evansville along with her husband. In 1998 she moved to Dale, to be closer to her daughter, where she lived a number of years before moving to The Waters of Huntingburg. At The Waters Beulah enjoyed playing cards, participating in bingo nights, listening to gospel music, and socializing with her friends. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Dale, a member of the Red Hat Society, and loved to read books. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Edward Koslo; one daughter, Diane Hively; and three brothers – Harvey, Earl and Joseph Martin.

and by (7) great grandchildren.

Memorial services for Beulah Mae Koslo will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Monday, February 6, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg where Fr. John Brosmer will officiate. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memorial Park in Evansville.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Monday, the day of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Residents Activity Fund at The Waters of Huntingburg.
