Betty V. Willis, 94, Petersburg

Betty V. Willis, 94, of Petersburg, passed away on May 2, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on April 21, 1929, to Elza and Edith (Decker) Walton in Oatsville, Ind.

She farmed and retired as a school bus driver.

Betty is survived by many members of her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Willis; son, Randy Willis; and her parents, Elza and Edith Walton.

Services for Betty will take place at 10 a.m. EST on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, with visitation from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the funeral home. Pastor Eddie Willis will be officiating, and burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery.
