Betty Lou Foster, 75

Betty Lou Foster, 75, of Dubois, passed away at 9:34 p.m. on Saturday, June 20,2015, in St. Charles Healthcare Campus in Jasper.

She was born on September 2, 1939 in Dubois, Indiana to Urban and Marie (Mathies) Fischer. She married Tommy L. Foster on October 29, 1966 in St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Dubois.

Betty was homemaker, and a graduate of Dubois High School Class of 1957. She was a member of St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Dubois. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Foster of Dubois; two sons, Myron Foster and wife Janelle of Ireland and Ryan Foster of Louisville; two grandsons, Luke and Reid Foster; one sister, Shirley Grubb of Dubois.

Preceding her in death was one brother David Fischer.

Funeral services for Betty Lou Foster will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Dubois, Indiana, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, IN.
