Betty Langebrake-Reynolds, 78, Huntingburg

Betty Langebrake-Reynolds, 78, of Huntingburg, passed away at 9:55 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2017, at home.

She was born June 8, 1938, in Posey County, Indiana to Clifford and Mae (East) Mathew.

Betty worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in housekeeping and at the Southridge High School cafeteria. She was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Russel Langebrake, in 1996; and one brother, Raymond Mathew.

Betty is survived by her husband, Miles Reynolds of Huntingburg; three children, Cheryl Langebrake of Bedford, Randall (Lynette) Langebrake of Holland and Rhonda (Greg) Lindauer of Saint Henry; one sister, Juanita Hayden of Owensville; by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST Sunday, February 12, 2017, at Zoar United Methodist Church in Zoar with burial to follow at the Zoar Cemetery. Reverend Keith Chanley will officiate at the service.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday; and also at the church from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Sunday. Memorial contributions can be made to Zoar United Methodist Church.
