Betty Ann Huff, 74, Huntingburg
Betty Ann Huff, 74, of Huntingburg, passed away at 9:53 p.m., on Monday, October 12, 2020, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born May 31, 1946, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Henry Futrell and Esther Riden. She married Delmar R. “Cotton” Huff on May 1, 1971, at the Huntingburg Church of the Nazarene.
Betty was a teacher’s aide and also worked at Touch of Class and Walmart. She was a member of the Huntingburg Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar “Cotton” Huff, on September 28, 2006; by her parents and stepmother, Elsie King; and sister, Gloria Dixon.
Betty is survived by two sons, Daniel Huff and Daryl Huff, both of Huntingburg; nine half-siblings, Henry Futrell of Birdseye, David Futrell of Huntingburg, Ernie Futrell of Princeton, Galen Futrell of Elberfeld, James (Connie) Riden of Bridgman, Michigan, Kenny Riden of Batesville, Arkansas, Darlene Fullington of Jasper, Brenda (Larry) Burr of Batesville, Arkansas, and Janice Bray of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Funeral services for Betty Ann Huff will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at the Huntingburg Church of the Nazarene with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg. Rev. William Covey will officiate at the service.
