Bernard J. Wright, 79
Bernard J. Wright, age 79, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 12:30 p.m., Sunday, February 17, 2013 at The Waters of Huntingburg nursing center in Huntingburg.
He was born October 4, 1933 in Birdseye, Indiana to Carl and Orpha Wright. Mr. Wright was a retired welder for Olinger Construction Company. He was a member of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church; and he enjoyed fishing, gardening and wood carving. He served as a Damage Controlman in the United States Navy. Bernard was preceded in death by: one son, Kent Wright; one brother, Stanley Wright; and one sister, JoAnn Lemkuhler.

by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial services for Bernard Wright will be held at 3:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Interment of his cremains will take place at Fairmount Cemetery (Huntingburg). Rev. Paula Young Mayberry will officiate the services.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, the day of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Maple Grove Campground in care of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church, to a favorite charity, or to a favorite scholarship fund.
