Beatrice (Betsy) V. Brosmer, 84
Beatrice (Betsy) V. Brosmer, age 84, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Monday (July 23, 2012) at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.
She was born in Jasper July 6, 1928 to Robert and Frances (Alles) Vonderheide.
She married Ralph Brosmer April 15, 1948 in Jasper. He preceded her in death on December 21, 1981.
Beatrice is a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers Sodality and V.F.W. Auxiliary to Post # 673.
Retired from Fleck Chair Company in Bretzville and had also worked for Gossards in Huntingburg. She was a seamstress for many years and also was a cook at Heichelbech Restaurant in Jasper.
She enjoyed her Friday afternoon card club at the Jasper Senior center.

14 grandchildren – 7 step grandchildren , 12 great grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren and 1 step great great granddaughter.
One brother, Dan Vonderheide and spouse Carolyn, Jasper, IN
Preceding her in death besides her husband is one brother Linus Vonderheide who died in infancy.
Funeral services for Beatrice Brosmer will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday (July 27, 2012) in St. Anthony Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Anthony Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Japer and one hour before services at church.
V.F.W. Auxiliary will hold a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
