Bastien appointed as VP of Sales at Kimball Hospitality

Kimball International, Inc. announced the appointment of Charles Bastien to the position of vice president of sales, Kimball Hospitality.

Bastien will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams and is accountable for developing the appropriate strategies, goals and measures to achieve profitable growth. His focus will be on strengthening and broadening relationships in the hospitality market.

Kourtney Smith, Kimball Hospitality President, announced the appointment. “I am confident that his strong achiever pattern, strategic mindedness and passion for developing strong teams, position us well to elevate our brand to new levels,” she said.

Bastien brings a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and over 20 years of executive sales and marketing leadership. During his career, Charles led key growth initiatives within Philips Hospitality, Simmons Bedding, Mantua Manufacturing and most recently, Tempur Sealy Bedding. His responsibilities spanned North America and several global assignments.

Charles and his family will be relocating to the Jasper, Indiana area.
