Barbara A. Miller, 74
Barbara A. Miller, age 74, of Jasper, passed away at 8:35 a.m., Friday (July 20, 2012) at the Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper.
Barbara was born on January 14, 1938 to Harry and Clara (Sendelweck) Fuhrman. She married Oscar A. Miller on April 19, 1958 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville. He preceded her in death on November 19, 1995.
Barbara worked in medical records at the Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper for 37 years.
She was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville, WELCA, the women of the Moose, and was a retired member of the Northwood Retirement Community Advisory Board.
She enjoyed cross-stitching, reading, and traveling.

Preceding her in death besides her husband is one daughter, Sherri Schepers, one sister Janet L. Roach, and her niece and godchild, Joan Wilkins.
Funeral services for Barbara Miller will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday (July 23, 2012) at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Pastor Timothy Kraemer will officiate.
Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday (July 22, 2012) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at the church. The WELCA will conduct a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
