Aurelia Heim, 96

Aurelia Heim, age 96 of Jasper passed away at 5:10 p.m. Friday (October 21, 2011) in the Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper.

She was born in Jasper July 18, 1915 to John and Mary (Eckerle) Lampert. She married Anthony A. Heim on September 5, 1940 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper. He preceded her in death on November 14, 1988.

Aurelia was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper and the St. Ann’s Society and the Daughters of Isabella.

Aurelia had formerly worked for many years at the Jasper Glove Factory.

Her hobbies were playing cards and quilting.

One son,

• Kenneth Heim and spouse Rosemary, Jasper, IN

One daughter,

• Jane Fleck, Vincennes, IN

Also a niece that was raised by the Lampert Family.

Seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

ding her in death besides her husband are two sisters, Clara Birk and Emma Birk also twin brothers who died in infancy.

Funeral services for Aurelia Heim will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (October 26, 2011) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call two hours on Wednesday (October 26, 2011) before services at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper.
