Arthur Columbus Bolton Sr., 79, Dale

Arthur Columbus Bolton Sr., 79, of Dale, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Willowdale Village in Dale.

Arthur was born in Warrick County on June 4, 1938, to the late William Bolton and Cora Bolton (Cornathan) Persinger.

He was a member of Landmark Bible Church in Rockport. He was an avid coin collector. In his younger years, Arthur was a member of a motorcycle club.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Randy Bolton; and granddaughter, Patrena Bolton.

Arthur is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helen Bolton of Dale; children, Verna Enlow and her husband Rick of Huntingburg, Arthur Bolton Jr. and his wife Linda of Port Arthur, Texas, Tonya Alvey of Dale, Kenny Bolton and his wife Candy of Mariah Hill, Dean Bolton and his wife Tamara of Huntingburg and Rhonda Robinson of Dale; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Cora Mae Gentry of Dale; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10 a.m. CST on Monday, February 5, 2018, at Koehler Funeral Home in Boonville, with Pastor Gary Meredith officiating. Burial will be at Skelton Cemetery in Tennyson.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. CST on Sunday, February 4, 2018, at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. CST until the time of service on Monday.
