Anmae Snider, 79
Anmae Snider, age 79, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 11:48 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at her residence in Huntingburg. She was born March 24, 1932 in Crawford County, Indiana to William and Anna (Sturgeon) McKim. She was united in marriage to Clarence Snider on December 1, 1960 in New Albany, Indiana. Anmae worked in nursing for many years at the Orange County Hospital in Paoli and also at the Providence Home Nursing Center. She was a member of the River of Life Church in Huntingburg. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Clarence Snider, who died in 1965; four sisters – Lois Atkins, Ruby Patton, Lois Enlow and Closis Hollen; three brothers – Charles Atkins, William Atkins and Gido Atkins; and three great grandchildren.
She is survived by:

- Frances Sturgeon – Ferdinand, IN,
by (16) grandchildren, (32) great grandchildren, and (1) great-great grandchild.
Funeral services for Anmae Snider will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Highfill Cemetery in Taswell, Indiana. The Rev. Bill Longanecker and Rev. Jerry Hagman will officiate the services. Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., E.S.T., Friday.
