Angela Quiroz, 54, Huntingburg

Angela Quiroz, 54, of Huntingburg, passed away on December 16, 2025, at 9:15 p.m. at Deaconess Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Ind., surrounded by love.

Angela was born in Washington, Ind., to Kenneth LaForce Sr. and Kathryn “Thompson” LaForce.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt whose love for her family ran deep and unwavering. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and her presence will forever be felt in the lives she touched.

She is survived by her brothers, Kenneth LaForce Jr. (Tonya) and Aaron LaForce (Danielle); her children, Kevin Stone Jr., Daniel Vaquero, Robert Vaquero, and Laura (Jason) Schneider; and her five beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Angela was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn LaForce, and her son, Jaret Stone, whom she now joins in eternal rest.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the first responders, the bystanders who assisted, and the compassionate medical staff at Deaconess Memorial Hospital for their efforts, care, and kindness during this difficult time.

Angela’s love, strength, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten. Her memory will live on through the countless lives she shaped and the love she gave so freely.
