Alicia Marcella “Sally” A. Stenftenagel, age 80, of Jasper passed away at 12:10 p.m., Wednesday (September 19, 2012) at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born on August 11, 1932 in Jasper, Indiana to Fred and Georginia S. (Marks) Stenftenagel.
As a religious, she worked teacher and ministered to the poor as a caregiver.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper.
She enjoyed writing letters, and she had a love for trees and seeing the change of the seasons.

Preceding Alicia in death are two sisters, Alice Biles and Martha Bemben, and one brother Silas Stenftenagel.
Funeral services for Alicia A. Stenftenagel will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday (September 22, 2012) at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
Friends may call one hour before service time from 11:00-12:00 p.m. at the church on Saturday.
