Ada Pancake, 84
Ada Pancake, age 84, of Velpen, Indiana, passed away at 6:50 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Timbers of Jasper nursing center in Jasper.
She was born November 15, 1928 in Uniontown, Indiana to Arthur and Della (Ziegler) Underhill.
Ada was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Alva Pancake; her beloved daughter, Joyce Ann Allgood, who passed away March 22, 2011; and by two brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by:

Five step sons,
- Lloyd Pancake – Ferdinand, IN
- Louis Pancake – Velpen, IN
- Marvin Pancake – Velpen, IN
- Kenny Pancake – Winslow, IN
- Roger Pancake – Jasper, IN
and by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Ada Pancake will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Foster’s Ridge Cemetery in Uniontown, Indiana with Rev. Albert Madden officiating. Friends are invited to attend and should meet directly at the cemetery prior to the graveside service.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
