Abbey L. Schurz, 31

Abbey L. Schurz, 31, of Huntingburg, passed away Sunday morning, October 19, 2014, in an auto accident on Interstate 64 at the Lynnville exit eastbound off-ramp.
She was born September 3, 1983 in Washington, Indiana, to Kathryn (Marsee) Williams. She married Jonathan Schurz on October 5, 2013 at St. James Lutheran Church in Holland. Abbey was a homemaker and member of St. James Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jonathan Schurz of Huntingburg; two daughters, Peyton Williams (age 13) and Kaitlyn Schurz (age 10); three sons, Tristan Schurz (age 12), Xavier Schurz (age 6), and Deicon Schurz (age 5); her mother, Kathryn Williams of Louisville, Ky.; her stepfather, Terry Hurst of Petersburg; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Lindy Schurz of Holland; one sister, Cheri Norrington of Petersburg; one brother, Andy Hurst of Petersburg; grandparents, Arleeta Wininger of Otwell and John T. Marsee of Indianapolis; and by nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Abbey Schurz will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg. Pastor David Darling will officiate at the services.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Tuesday.
