Frances A. Wineinger, 74 of Cuzco,

Frances A. Wineinger, 74 of Cuzco, passed away at4:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at her home.

She was born at Haysville, Indiana March 6, 1941, to Arthur and Rosa (Haase) Freyberger.

She married Leon Wineinger December 28, 1960, Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville.

Frances was a graduate of Dubois High School class of 1959.

She did childcare in her home for many years. Also, she was a homemaker and a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville the Evangelical Women’s Lutheran Church Association.

She was a 4H leader for many years and a member of the Jackson County Saddle Club Spurs and Wheels, Dubois County Saddle Club and the Spring Valley Saddle Club.

She especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Leon Wineinger; one daughter, Della Rae Buechler and husband Keith of Dubois; two sons, Terry Wineinger and wife Marla of Dubois and Trevis Wineinger of Cuzco; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Kendra, Brayden and Trey; one sister, Judy Hohler Ed of Huntingburg,

Funeral services for Frances Wineinger will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016, in Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville with burial to follow in the Cuzco Cemetery in Cuzco. The Rev. Tim Kraemer will officiate.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2016, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel and one hour before services at the church. WELCA will hold a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice, Cuzco Cemetery or a favorite charity.
