Ernest George Buechlein, 78

Ernest George Buechlein, 78, husband of the late Joyce Bromm Buechlein, passed away November 8, 2015.

He was born in Jasper to the late August and Lorena Merkle Buechlein. Mr. Buechlein was the president for DML, INC and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, American Legion Post #67, and Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his children, Sandy (Lauch) Buechlein of Fla., Jeff (Martha) Buechlein of Louisville, and Paul ( Donica) Buechlein of Versailles; his sisters, Nancy Burton, Alice Niehaus, Doris Schmitt, Marilyn Buechlein, all of Indiana; his brothers, Tom Buechlein of N.C., and Ray Buechlein of Indiana.; his grandchildren, Nick Buechlein, Sami Buechlein, Brianne Buechlein , Alex Buechlein, Shelby Buechlein, and Jack Buechlein.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Buechlein.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, November 14, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Clark Legacy Center, 3000 Old Versailles Rd, Frankfort, Ky.
