4-H seeking volunteers for Dubois County Fair

Official4HCloverGreenVolunteers are needed for the upcoming Dubois County 4-H Fair which will take place July 19th through 23rd.

Volunteers are being asked to assist with activities starting on July 15th up until July 24th. Volunteers are most needed to serve as project security during open exhibit hall hours and to assist with project check-in and judging.

Volunteers are needed for the following duties:

  • Project Security* (July 19-23)– monitor the exhibit buildings during guest hours in order to protect projects from damage
  • Project Check-In (July 15)— help members check in all the projects or assist with community judging
  • Project Judging (July 16)— assist project judge during judging
  • Awards Festival* (July 22nd)— run a station with a simple game or activity for youth to participate in
