2,300 pesticide jugs recycled through annual ag recycling day

Farmers and natural resource managers took advantage of the opportunity to recycle their plastic pesticide jugs and farm oil at the Dubois County Solid Waste District’s annual Agriculture Recycling Day.

Over 2,300 plastic pesticide jugs and over 200 gallons of used oil were recycled during the morning event.

The Dubois County Solid Waste District thanked county farmers and resource managers for taking time out of their busy day to recycle and do the right thing for themselves, their neighbors and their community.
