2025 Memorial Day Service

The Dubois County Veterans Council hosted its Annual Memorial Day Observance on Saturday, May 24, 2025, on the Courthouse Square.

During the ceremony, the family of MSgt. Dennis L. Englert, born in Huntingburg, Indiana, on March 24, 1951, passed away on February 27, 2024.
The service also honored all veterans who have passed since last year’s Memorial Day Service. Their names were read off and accompanied by a bell ceremony.
