1-2-3 A Healthy Me

Jasper – Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is committed to the promotion of good nutrition and fitness programs for people of all ages. A healthy lifestyle is easier to maintain if started early, which is why Memorial Hospital is offering the “1-2-3 A Healthy Me” program.

“1-2-3 A Healthy Me” is a fitness and nutrition program offered to children ages 9-12.

This class will include activities such as: Nutrition BINGO, ball toss, fitness twister and a sit and reach activity to assess flexibility. Children should wear shoes (not sandals) and comfortable clothing suitable for movin’ and groovin’.

The program will be held on Tuesday, July 19 from 8:30 – 11:00 a.m. in the Wellness Center at Memorial Southside Office, 1100 West 12th Avenue in Jasper. The cost is $15.
